House of Somara

Welcome to House of Somara

I didn't choose this name randomly.

"House" means home.
Not a brand. Not a studio. Not a trend.
A home is something you return to.
Something that holds you.
Something that allows you to soften.

Soma means body.
The body as lived experience.
The body as intelligence.
The body as the place your intuition speaks from.

Somara is rooted in the idea of a seed, the samara seed.

A memory from my childhood

Something small that holds an entire blueprint inside it.
Something that doesn't force its growth.
Something that unfolds when the conditions are right.

The vision for House of Somara is simple:

Women who feel at home in their bodies.

Women who trust their intuition without shrinking it.

Women who are regulated, creative, rested, and strong.

Women who don't hide who they are to be more acceptable.

Women who are joyful, nourished, powerful, and because of that, a little bit dangerous in the best way.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Brittany!

a movement therapist, applied neurology practitioner, and intuitive energy worker and psychic! I'm passionate about helping smart, sensitive women get out of pain, and stay out of pain, by teaching them how to work with the wisdom of their own bodies.

With more than a decade of training in yoga therapy, somatics, movement science, and nervous system regulation, I blend evidence-based tools with intuitive, energy-led guidance.

My work is rooted in the understanding that pain is not a moral failing or a life sentence, it's a communication system. And when women learn how to listen to their bodies with clarity instead of fear, everything changes: pain softens, tension unravels, and their real selves come forward!

I have spent years studying applied neurology, sensory-based training, biomechanics, and the emotional patterns that influence the body's ability to feel safe. My approach weaves together joint-based mobility, nervous system inputs, breath, visualization, and intuitive reading to create lasting change, not just temporary relief.

I specialize in supporting women who are highly sensitive, high-achieving, and often carrying decades of overthinking, hypervigilance, or "holding it together." Her clients learn how to feel grounded, regulated, and connected to the wisdom that's been in their bodies all along.

Outside of work find me in a movementclass, and learning new skills or hanging with my pets. I'm currently obsessed with learning to surf!
